Swedish Team Artemis Racing have had their AC72 delivered to San Francisco and transported across the bay to their team base in Alameda. The huge bright red hull was hard to miss as it was lifted from a barge onto the bay by crane.

The images come as footage of Emirates Team New Zealand’s AC72 practice sessions are becoming available online. The teams have until September 2013 to hone their skills on the new crafts before the start of the 34th America’s Cup.

The team will have a year to practice on the new rig before the America's Cup kicks off in September 2013
