Designed by French engineers who specialise in the field of marine renewable energy, the Eco-Tender concept features solar panels and wind turbines that produce enough energy to power the boat. The roof is completely retractable and features an open lounge design.

The project is currently being crowdfunded for future development.

Also in development is the MLiner, a hybrid platform that combines wave energy, tidal, wind and solar on the same float.

This highly innovative hybrid system has two advantages: It reduces the intermittency of power generation through the integration of the means of production among themselves, but also the cost per kWh produced through infrastructure savings.

Advantages include being a highly innovative wave energy converter with no mechanical or internal system exposed to the elements; it’s a scalable solution: The modular and easy-to-transfer structure of the MLiner allows easy integration of new sources and storage facilities; reduction in installation and maintenance costs and a design in line with the existing production facilities of shipyards.
