Known as the world’s greatest 18 footer regatta, conducted by the Australian 18 Footers League, the JJ Giltinan world 18 footer championship has been the premier 18 footer regatta in the world since 1938. The event involves 21 countries competing to prove their skills.
Some of the world’s greatest sailing/yachting champions have either won or, most likely, tried to win, the great contest which is held each year on Sydney Harbour.
Once again, the Australian 18 Footers League has a top line up of the world’s best skiff teams ready to contest the 2023 championship regatta, and a spectator ferry ready to follow each exciting race.
