Performance Cruising Yachts is offering a Premium Boat Share opportunity on this exceptional vessel. With only 30 percent ownership remaining (three 10 percent shares or one 10 percent and one 20 percent share available), this is a rare opportunity for discerning buyers to enjoy the Cervetti 44 without the hassle of full-time ownership.
Each share includes: Personal usage at 33 days p.a for 10 percent and 69 days p/a for 20 percent; Professional training and onboarding to the value of $10,000; Walk-on/walk-off service; Berthing in Sydney during summer and the Whitsundays during winter; and maintenance and management for owners’ convenience.
Ownership starts at $162,500 for a 10 percent share, with a 20 percent share available for $325,000.
A monthly fee of $975 for 10 percent shares, or $1950 for a 20 percent share covers all operational costs including fuel, berthing, servicing, insurance, and seasonal repositioning to the Whitsundays.
