Earlier this week, the first unit of the Swan 58 make its aquatic debut, sailing across Spanish waters – a move that effectively signals the start of the region’s 2021 sailing season.

The model, which is builder Nautor’s Swan’s latest model, is a true blue water yacht that’s intended to provide a comfortable sail anywhere in the world.

The addition of the Swan 58 to the Finnish builder’s catalogue reflects the brand’s depth of experience in building performance sailing yachts – a pursuit they began over half a century ago.

More than 2,000 yachts have been built over five decades between 36 and 131 feet with plans for that number to continue its upward trend in the near future.

The latest generation of Swan yachts also include the Swan 120, Swan 98, Swan 88, Swan 78, Swan 65, Swan 48, the ClubSwan 125, ClubSwan 36 and the recently announced ClubSwan 80.

In addition to the launch of this Swan 58, 2021 will mark the brand’s debut in the motor yacht segment with its launching of a new division, the innovative Swan shadow.

This year will also see the brand’s Rolex Swan Cup, organised by the Porto Cervo’s Yacht Club Costa Smeralda, and the Nations League regatta, a competition only available for Swan One Design yachts including the ClubSwan 36, ClubSwan 50, Swan 45 and the ClubSwan 42.
