Leg 6 sprint

Thursday’s leg start from Aarhus marks the start of Leg 6 of The Ocean Race for IMOCA fleet and the start of Stage 2 of the VO65 Sprint for the VO65 fleet.

Racing is scheduled to start at 16:10 CEST for the VO65s and at 18:15 CEST for the IMOCA fleet in Leg 6 of The Ocean Race.

The VO65 fleet is racing directly to The Hague, while the IMOCA fleet will be racing to The Hague via the Kiel fly-by.

The weather forecast for Thursday is for a light to moderate sea breeze near 7 to 10 knots, establishing and building as the day progresses.

If you’re lucky enough to be in Aarhus, come down to Ocean Live Park in Havnepladsen to catch the action or follow along on Event TV.

Leg 6 will start from Aarhus, Denmark and sprint to The Hague, Netherlands, in the shortest leg of The Ocean Race.

LINEAR TELEVISION:

In most of Europe, Africa, the Middle East and many parts of Asia, the leg start for the IMOCA fleet will be available live on the main Eurosport or discovery+ channel in that territory (check local listings in your territory). This programming starts at 17:30 CEST.

DIGITAL:

In most of Europe, Africa, the Middle East and many parts of Asia, leg start broadcasts for both the VO65 and IMOCA fleets will be available live or on demand on the Eurosport App or discovery+ player (subscribe via eurosport.com or discoveryplus.com).
